“I was suffering from massive bloating, stomach cramps lasting hours and waking me out of sleep, burning belly, fatigue, and overall discomfort.  I had a colonoscopy that provided no answers, I simplified my diet, I tried to stay active and nothing was working.  I was completely defeated and knew I needed a lot of help.  I had trained with Adrienne about a decade before so I reached out and asked for help.  I met with Adrienne and completed a very thorough questionnaire.  I was pleased to find out that she could work with me on strength training AND nutrition.

Weight lifting has made me a more balanced person overall.  It has provided me with an outlet for stress.  Adrienne has helped me understand that I need strength training for stress management, mobility and longevity.  Aside from all of those benefits, I look the best I ever have.  My body shape is all around better and my glutes look AMAZING! The icing on the cake has been the corrective bodywork with Adrienne.  Adrienne has a very special ability to relieve pain and tension in my body.  After a body work session, I feel like a new person.  The corrective bodywork is helping me move better and allowing me to get deeper into squats.  I normally carry stress in my body and the bodywork is helping me break free of the physical stress.  I feel like a new person after a session and the results last for weeks.  I took a pretty nasty fall off my mountain bike recently and Adrienne was able to work on my leg and shoulder and get right back to health.  Without corrective bodywork with Adrienne, I would have been down for weeks with that injury.
